Vale Park 2023
On Sunday 16th July we played the first concert at New Brighton's Vale Park since the Covid lock down. We always enjoy playing here on the impressive bandstand set amongst the tall trees of Vale Park with the river Mersey as a backdrop.
The weather wasn't quite as good as had been for our previous concerts this summer, but the rain stayed off and the audience were appreciative.

A lack of discipline? Whilst our conductor regails the audience with his jokes and introduces the next piece the band relax and chat amongst themselves.
